We offer you a magical family Christmas experience on our farm in East Devon.
Visit us at Cotley Farm to see real Reindeer and other animals in the beautiful decorated barns, and enjoy a more traditional feel to the season.
You can feed the reindeer, walk through our Christmas tree barn to select your perfect tree and treat yourself to a toasted marshmallow, cosy hot chocolate and home made cake. You can also browse in our festive farm shop full of local food, gifts and decorations.

Charges are per car and range between £6.50 and £10.00 depending on chosen dates.
Tickets will be fully refunded if you purchase a Christmas Tree.
Please remember, you will not be able to visit without having booked your slot online.
